Since 1974 the Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic has served the local area for orthopaedic problems and musculosketal issues. The sports medicine program has team physicians for local high schools which provide sports physicals and urgent care for athletes.

1. What is your proudest athletic moment? Beating St. Xavier 3-0 in regionals this year.

2. What is your ideal meal/snack before a game? Peanut butter & jelly.

3. If you were trying out for American Idol, what would be your "go to" song? Sitting on the Dock of the Bay – Otis Redding

4. Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? Walter Ray Williams – in addition to being one of the most famous bowlers of all time, he is a master chess and horseshoe player. He is truly living his life to the fullest. I love people that are talented at many things.

5. What is your favorite movie quote? "You gotta tame the beast before you let it out of its cage." - Derek Zoolander

6. How does your faith impact your approach to sports? We always pray before games, this helps me focus on the bigger picture and relax.

7. What is your favorite cartoon character? Bugs Bunny, duh.

8. All-time favorite board game? Monopoly.

9. Droid, iPhone, or Blackberry? Favorite app? iPhone, Flappy Golf.

10. What is your favorite local restaurant? Amici Café.

11. What is your favorite reality TV show? Duck Dynasty, I don't really watch a whole lot of TV though.

12. What is your greatest fear? Not living up to my potential.

13. What is your best quality/characteristic? I am very open minded.

14. Favorite junk/comfort food? Chik-fil-a

15. What is your favorite hour of the day? Why? 7:00 p.m. because that's when I usually eat dinner.

16. What is your nickname and how did you get it? Dnafzig – a friend combined the letters of my first and last name.

17. Where is your favorite place to volunteer/provide community service? I love volunteering with WaterStep, the work they do is incredible.

18. What is one hidden talent that you possess? I can play the Ukelele.

19. If time machines were real, and you could choose just one - to travel forward or backward - which would you select and why? I would choose to go forward, nothing new and exciting happens in the past.

20. If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? I would ask Daniel Sykes how he became so cool.
