Since 1974 the Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic has served the local area for orthopaedic problems and musculosketal issues. The sports medicine program has team physicians for local high schools which provide sports physicals and urgent care for athletes.

1. What is your proudest athletic moment? Committing to play volleyball at the United States Air Force Academy

2. What is your ideal meal/snack before a game? A No. 1 with no tomatoes from Jimmy Johns.

3. If you were trying out for American Idol, what would be your "go to" song? “Carry On Wayward Son” – by Kansas

4. Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? Andrew Luck, because he always keeps his composure under pressure and is a very effective leader.

5. What is your favorite movie quote? “What we do in life echoes in eternity,” – Gladiator.

6. How does your faith impact your approach to sports? No matter what happens in sports, whether I win or lose, I believe everything happens for a reason, and I trust that God has a plan for me.

7. What is your favorite cartoon character? SpongeBob.

8. All-time favorite board game? Monopoly.

9. Droid, iPhone, or Blackberry? Favorite app? iPhone – Instagram.

10. What is your favorite local (non chain) restaurant? Shogun.

11. What is your favorite reality TV show? So You Think You Can Dance.

12. What is your greatest fear? Losing my family or friends.

13. What is your best quality/characteristic? My leadership.

14. Favorite junk/comfort food? SkinnyPop popcorn.

15. What is your favorite hour of the day? Why? 7:00 p.m. because that’s when I eat dinner.

16. What is your nickname and how did you get it? Jules; it’s easier to say than Julia

17. Where is your favorite place to volunteer/provide community service? Oaklawn Health and Rehabilitation Center.

18. What is one hidden talent that you possess? I can play the piano.

19. If time machines were real, and you could choose just one - to travel forward or backward - which would you select and why? I would travel forward to see how I am doing in the Air Force.

20. If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? General Douglas Macarthur: I would ask him how he became so successful in the military.
