DeSales, Holy Cross, St. X, and Trinity football ranked

The DeSales, Holy Cross, Trinity, and St. Xavier football teams are ranked in this week’s Associated Press Poll.

Holy Cross is ranked No. 10 in Class A and is 3-2 with wins over Valley, Bethlehem, and Paris with losses to Bullitt Central and DeSales.

DeSales is ranked No. 3 Class 2-A and is 4-0 with wins over Holy Cross, Butler, Ballard, and Fern Creek.

Trinity is ranked No. 1 in Class 6-A and is 5-0 with wins over Carmel (Ind.), Moeller (Ohio), Lawrence Central (Ind.), Male, and Champagnat Catholic (Fla.).

St. Xavier is ranked No. 2 Class 6-A and is 4-0 with wins over Indianapolis Cathedral (Ind.), Fairdale, Central, and Bowling Green.
