The 11th Pink vs. White game will be played Friday night at Trinity’s Marshall Stadium as Assumption and Sacred Heart will engage in a friendly game of flag football while St. Xavier and Trinity will provide the halftime entertainment with dances.

Sacred Heart is looking for their first win in the series since 2015 when Sydney Flynn showed off her amazing athletic abilities, Assumption has controlled the series as of late having won four of the past five.

Many don’t know, but a good chunk of these girls play a competitive sport for their respective schools. It’s not easy to make the team, the coaches hold tryouts, and practices daily and play the best of the best as neither team wants to lose.

Wayne West is Assumption’s head coach and will be assisted by Melissa Schindler, Rick Boeckmann, Don Passafiume, and Greg Gitschier.

Marc Breit is Sacred Heart’s head coach and will be assisted by Colonel Robert Singler, Chad Rimpsey, Tim Ely, Bob Bender, Jeff Hepler, and Dennis Truman.

At the end of the day, it’s about four schools coming together to raise money to beat cancer. Tickets won’t be sold at the door and as of Wednesday afternoon, few, if any tickets were left. All 5,000 seats will be filled at Marshall Stadium Friday night.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

The rosters and sports the athletes play are listed below.
