Spalding signs four-year deal with Mavericks

Former Trinity basketball player Raymond Spalding has signed a four-year deal with the Dallas Mavericks according to NBA Insider Shams Charania.
The Dallas Mavericks posted a 24-58 record last season and acquired Spalding from the Philadelphia 76ers after being picked 56th in the 2018 NBA Draft.
Spalding was a junior forward for the University of Louisville last season and averaged 12.3 points and 8.7 rebounds per game.
While at Trinity, Spalding helped lead the Rocks to the Whitaker Bank/KHSAA Boys Sweet Sixteen Basketball Tournament semifinals as a junior.
He finished his three-year varsity career with 941 points and 731 rebounds.
