Several Sacred Heart and St. Xavier swim alums have been making noise this past week, but nobody has made more noise than Sacred Heart alum Brooke Forde.

Forde made the 2018 Pan Pac Team and 2019 World Championship Team with her performance at the Phllips66 Nationals in Irvine, Calif.

She swam a 4:35.09 to place second in the 400M Individual Medley, the fifth fastest time in the world this year.

The former AquaValk led most of the race.

Annabel Crush may join Forde someday, as a rising sophomore at Sacred Heart, she had a 28.65 in the B Final of the Backstroke, the 11th fastest time in the country.

Asia Seidt, another Sacred Heart alum made it to the B Finals of the 100 backstroke.

St. Xavier alums Keefer Barnum (100 breast) and Aldan Johnston (400 free) both made it to the finals in their respective events.
