9th Ranked Lady Friars open season on road
The ninth-ranked Providence College women's ice hockey team opens up the 2011-12 regular season with a pair of road contests in northern Minnesota. The Friars will visit WCHA foe Bemidji State on Friday, September 30 at 8:00 eastern time, and again on Saturday, October 1 at 5:00 eastern. Both games will be audio broadcast on Friars.com.
This weekend marks the first time the Friars and Beavers have met.
